The research aims to discover: 1) the impact of bureaucratic transformational leadership on performance State Civil Apparatus, 2) organizational culture in public sector and 3) Apparatus. is conducted by applying quantitative method involving 57 apparatuses as population samples. data are collected through techniques questionnaire, interview, documentation while analysis encompasses quantitative, classical assumption, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation well multiple regression. Meanwhile, hypothesis test employs SPSS program. finding evidences that Additionally, has a crucial implication strengthen contributing Apparatus enormously.
